The “Hockey is Fun” Learn to Play program ensures beginners of all ages are put in a positive and supportive environment, helping every player learn the FUNdamentals of hockey and develop a life-long passion for the game.
Upon completion of Learn to Play, players will advance into the Hockey Development Program.
Must have completed Skating School class “Snowplow Sam 1” (ages 3-5)
Introduces players to the basics of inside and outside edges.
10 classes – $200
30 minute sessions
Located at Aliso Viejo Ice Palace
Rental skates are included. Skates available for purchase at the pro shop inside the Ice Palace.
Punch cards are used to track your sessions and are valid for all Beginner and Intermediate classes
Punch cards expire 4 months after the date it was purchased
Must have completed BEGINNING SKATING or INTRO to Skating (6-8)
Introduces players to tight turns, crossovers and backwards c-cuts.
Learn the skills you need to be ready for Hockey 101.
10 classes – $200
