Guest Coaching Requests are taken on a case-by-case basis. As a private facility, Ice Palace reserves the right to approve or deny any guest coach who seeks the opportunity to instruct at our facility. Any potential Guest Coach must follow the following procedures:

1. Guest coach must submit a letter of request to the figure skating director at least 24 hours prior to their arrival. Submitting a letter is not an approval. Please submit to danielle@avicepalace.com.

2. Guest coach status must be compliant on the U.S. Figure Skating’s Coach Compliance list.

3. Guest coach must provide proof of the following:

   • Current USFS or LTS membership

   • Proof of completion of Safesport training course

   • Proof of liability insurance

4. Guest coach must adhere to all policies and procedure of the Ice Palace.

5. Guest coach may not bring with them or invite other coach(es) to be Guest coach.

Ice Palace reserves the right to remove a guest coach from the ice and suspend guest coach privileges for failure to comply with rink policies and procedures.
